The nearly 74 percent average occupancy was the highest since 2008, according to PKF, and 2011 average room rates ($171) and revenue per room ($126) were the highest since 2009. The seven-story building, at 2440 West El Camino Real, is fully leased to tenants that include the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Steven and Michele Kirsch Foundation and law firms Dechert. |
